Peggy C. Ross, is a great leader who not only values training, but is skilled in conceiving, developing and delivering a diverse range of educational programming and curriculum.

Peggy’s years as with the Governors Office of Affirmative Action and as a long-time member of Portland’s diversity and affirmative action community, she has served in various leadership and public affairs roles that require coaching and training of employees, executive leaders, agency representatives and government officials. Over the years, she has discovered that she not only have a passion for training and development, but she has a natural gift for it.
