Skill Set – Project Management, Business Development, Marketing and Communications

The Purpose – Association sought to increase visibility of 3,000 attendee and 200 exhibit booth national trade show to obtain more leads and expand booth traffic while increasing awareness of key booth sponsors and product lines.

The Challenge – To establish brand marketing and project management plan for annual conference in a short timeframe.

Key Deliverable – Creation of integrated communications marketing materials, secured sponsors and increased awareness of the event.

Measurement of Success – Significantly increased attendance, sponsorship and advertising revenues for association. Produced new marketing materials and created spectacular on-floor tradeshow buzz and excitement. Increased, corporate visibility and product awareness as never done before. Increased booth traffic throughout the entire show from booth opening to booth closing, with effective pre-show marketing that significantly increased the number of attendees at the show.

Recommendation – Kayla’s organizational skills and attention to detail helped with the last minute challenge of pulling events together flawlessly. I was most impressed with her ability to help develop and implement a successful targeted marketing campaign. Combined efforts proved to attract and increase the number of tradeshow participants and significantly increase revenue at the annual Northwest Food Processors EXPO. It was a pleasure working with her and I look forward to working with her again.
