Skill Set – Project Management, Marketing and Communications

The Purpose – Partnering with a Fortune 500 company to reduce subsidy efforts.

The Challenge – Collaboration on remodeling a multi-format food court and restructuring of two additional multi-format food courts on Intel campus. The multifaceted food court transition included coordinating design and remodeling of proposed site with engineers; creating new menus and Standard Operating Procedures as well as marketing new approach as a positive and innovative change for employees in three separate buildings on campus.

Key Deliverable – Organized, created and coordinated plan and for remodeling a multi-format food court which included engaging Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and marketing of new food service concepts to Intel.

Measurement of Success – Achieved a significant financial savings for client while increasing menu offerings in more efficient and more attractive food court.

Recommendation – Kayla is incredibly organized, detail oriented and aware. She has tremendous skill and wealth of experience that kept our projects on track, improved collaboration, and gave us additional insights into the business. Kayla is extremely adept at problem solving, identifying ways to improve processes and get to results.
